As a major manufacturing center in the area, the furniture factory operates around the clock, placing extremely high demands on the stability and safety of the power supply. However, traditional photovoltaic power plants face several challenges:Users unable to know how much power each PV module is generating; fault diagnosis depends on manual inspection — resulting in high O&M cost and low efficiency
To solve these issues, the project adopted the AndSolar Module-level Precise Management Solution, equipped with AndSolar Smart Rapid Shutdown Device AMCL. In case of emergency, the system can quickly reduce voltage to below 80V in 30 seconds, promising the system safety and ensuring the stable operation for 24/7 production of the factory.
Through the AndCloud platform, the operating status and power generation of each module can be monitored in real time. If any abnormal data appears, the system can accurately locate it, significantly improving O&M efficiency by more than 50%.
The factory has stepped into a new era of smart energy with increased safety, clear visibility, smart module-level management, and all powered by AndSolar.
