  • High temperature active shutdown, cloud platform remote shutdown, on-site manual shutdown.
  • When the device temperature reaches 75°C, an over-temperature warning will be issued, and the warning will be automatically eliminated after the temperature drops; When the temperature rises to 85°C, an over-temperature alarm is issued and the active protection mechanism is triggered to perform high-temperature active shutdown to ensure safe operation of the power station. Note: Temperature thresholds is customizable.
  • First, the structural materials of our products are flame retardant and meet the highest flame retardant grade standard: V-0; second, the ambient operating temperature of AMCL is -40℃~85℃, and this operating range is approved by IEC 61209-1 and UL1741 and other third-party test reports; Finally, our products have undergone more stringent TC, HF, DH test certifications and long-term environmental aging tests (additional full load, cycle or duration), and can meet the requirements of safe and reliable operation under high temperature conditions.
  • Our maximum effective communication distance is 800 meters, which means that the maximum distance between the installed Smart RSD AMCL and our transmitter ADCU (usually installed next to the inverter) is 800 meters, and we can achieve two-way communication between ADCU and AMCL within this distance.
  • First, our transmitter and smart RSD communicate with each other via HPLC; Secondly, the transmitter and the AndSolar cloud platform communicate via 4G/LAN/Wi-fi, and customers can view all data on our cloud platform, including current, voltage, power, power generation and temperature.
  • Our monitoring platform is free to use.
  • Our products are compatible with most mainstream brand inverters on the market.
  • AMCL supports 1-to-2 or 1-to-1 installation. It is recommended to use the 1-to-2 installation method. AMCL supports clip installation or bolt installation.
  • The ADCU kit has waterproof connectors, just fix the kit to the corresponding position; The ADCU magnetic ring only needs to be inserted with the negative cable of the string, and the positive cable is directly connected to the inverter.
  • There are mainly three length specifications of AMCL, namely: Input cable 0.6m, output cable 1.4m; Input cable 1.2m, output cable 1.4m; Input cable 1.5m, output cable 1.4m; In addition, the cable length can be customized according to specific project conditions, flexibly adapting to various components and installation conditions.
  • In order to create the 1:1 virtual twin power station on our cloud platform, it is necessary to fill in the “Physical Layout Template” during the on-site installation process, which is, to stick the QR code from the AMCL cable label of each RSD and paste it to the corresponding spot on Physical Layout Template according to the rules.   • Our products will be updated from time to time and also supported remote OTA update, which will be performed regularly by our technicians.
  • If you encounter any problems during the product installation process, you can contact our technical support staff at any time and we will assist in the installation until the project is successfully connected to the grid.
  • When natural disasters such as lightning strikes damage the RSD, it is not covered by the warranty.
  • For new customers, we will provide the first technical training within one month after the first order is shipped, and arrange offline technical training at least once a year.
